01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "Member") and Royal36 (hereinafter referred to as "Royal36", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services made available through https://royal36.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications.

By creating an account, accessing the Royal36 platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Royal36 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Royal36's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between Royal36 and each registered member.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Royal36 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Royal36 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gaming and wagering activities. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not permitted to register accounts on the Royal36 Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Royal36 Platform for violations of these Terms.

04 Registration & Account Management

To access Royal36's gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify Royal36 promptly of any changes.

Each eligible individual is permitted to holdone (1) active account on the Royal36 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Royal36 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify Royal36 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

05 Deposits & Payments

Royal36 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability in your region: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Bank online banking, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent), unless a specific promotional offer requires a higher minimum.
• Deposits are credited to your Royal36 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Royal36 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Royal36 bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Royal36 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any point, particularly for large or unusual deposit volumes.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction confirmation. Royal36 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account withdrawal section. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30 minutes subject to network confirmation.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not yet submitted identity documents will be prompted to do so upon their first withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Royal36 reserves the right to request that funds be returned via an alternative verified method in certain circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds not associated with a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• Royal36 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request pending completion of fraud checks, additional verification, or investigation of a potential breach of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Royal36 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, referal bonuses, loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

1. Promotional offers are available to registered members who are in good standing and have completed account verification as required.
2. Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4. Royal36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into a promotion will be able to continue under the original terms.
5. Royal36 may withold or void bonus credits where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: systematic wagering on low-margin games to satisfy wagering requirements, irregular betting patterns, or abuse of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
6. The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is applicable to eligible deposits made in BTC, ETH, USDT, or BNB, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying transaction, subject to wagering requirements as disclosed at the time of offer.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Royal36 Platform are operated by certified software providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Royal36 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the rules, configuration, or RTP of individual games beyond their as-delivered state from the relevant provider.

• Players agree to adhere to the specific rules applicable to each game they participate in, as displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game round, Royal36 will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and staked funds returned to the Player's account balance.
• Royal36 reserves the right to void any wager or game round where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or manipulation by the Player or any third party.
• Live casino game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round has closed. No subsequent changes will be made to settled live casino results except where a technical error can be demonstrated.
• Sports betting and esports markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. Disputes regarding match results must be raised within 72 hours of settlement.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Royal36 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino, and sports betting syndication.
• Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods to fund an account; initiating chargebacks in bad faith following gambling losses.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, match-betting with the intent to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or any other manipulation of promotional terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the Royal36 Platform for any purpose related to the concealment, transfer, or laundering of proceeds from unlawful activities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using forged identity documents during the registration or KYC process.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, interfaces, and data available on the Royal36 Platform are the intellectual property of Royal36 or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the intellectual property of Royal36 beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content sourced from the Royal36 Platform without the prior written consent of Royal36. Unauthorised use of Royal36's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal36, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Royal36 Platform or any services provided thereon.

Royal36's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Royal36 is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to internet connectivity, server downtime, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Royal36 does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability of services.
• Gambling involves financial risk. By participating, you accept that losses are natural and possible outcome of gambling and that Royal36 bears no liability for those losses.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Royal36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to Royal36.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting Royal36 customer support. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, any real-money balance in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is terminated by Royal36 due to a material breach of these Terms, Royal36 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account in proportion to the damages or losses incurred as a result of the breach.

13 Responsible Gambling

Royal36 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal means, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution body as designated by Royal36's operating framework.

Players are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Royal36 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Royal36 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it is authorised to operate within.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Royal36 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the Royal36 Platform.

Amendments become effective upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Royal36 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
